Terms and conditions

These terms govern the graphic design, video ad and website services of Shirazi Studios (Farid Shirazi, Guayaquil, Ecuador). By signing up for a plan you accept them. This is a translation; if it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Services

I offer a design membership (Professional, in 30-day top-ups of work) that starts with 7 free days, and the Brand Vault. The membership includes unlimited graphic design, AI video ads up to 30 seconds, AI product photos, 3D renders and websites. Its price applies to teams of up to 50 people; for larger teams I prepare a quote. Requests are made on Messenger in a private group.

2. Delivery

Each piece is delivered in 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Saturday. I work on one request at a time during the 7 free days and two at a time on Professional, with only one website at a time: the next one starts when you approve the previous one. A request goes into production once I have all the information confirmed (final copy, photos, details and sizes); until then it is a draft and the clock doesn't run. If the information changes afterwards, the clock starts again. Larger pieces are delivered in parts. Times may vary on holidays.

3. Revisions

Pieces are adjusted until you're happy, as long as the request keeps the same scope. A change of idea or concept counts as a new request.

4. Not included

Printing (if you need it, I'll quote it separately), videos longer than 30 seconds, short films or videos with filming, posting or scheduling content on your social media, writing your post captions, ad spend, long print pieces (magazines, books) and medical forms, unless agreed in writing.

5. Pausing and cancelling

Each top-up is 30 days of work. You can pause for free with no limit: paused days don't count and you use them when you're back. You can cancel anytime; cancellation applies to the next cycle. There are no lock-in contracts.

6. Website

The website is included as one more request and takes one of your two slots. I publish it, and the domain and hosting are included while your membership is active. If you cancel, I transfer the domain to you and the website stays yours; from then on, hosting and third-party tools are on you.

7. Your responsibilities

You must have the right to use the texts, photos and logos you send me. I don't design illegal or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

8. Limitation of liability

I don't guarantee specific business results (sales, followers or ad performance). Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current cycle.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will first be settled amicably and, if that isn't possible, before the courts of Guayaquil.

10. 7 free days of design

Your first 7 days are free, no card needed: I don't ask for a card or any payment to start. They're offered once per business and aren't a separate product; they're the start of your plan. During those 7 days I work on one request at a time and deliver in PNG, JPG and PDF; editable files and the published website start on day 8, if you stay on Professional. Your first cycle lasts 37 days (7 free + 30). Full details under "7-free-day terms".
