Privacy policy

I protect your data under Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP). This policy explains what data I receive and what I do with it.

What data I receive

• Your name, phone, email and business name.
• The messages, voice notes, files, logos and photos you send me on Messenger.
• Billing details needed to charge you.

What I use it for

• To create and deliver your designs and AI projects.
• To contact you about your account, payments and deliveries.
• To store your files if you activate the Brand Vault.

I don't sell or rent your data. I don't use it for third-party advertising.

Who it's shared with

Only with the tools needed to do the work: Messenger (Meta), cloud storage services and design and AI tools such as Figma, Canva, Framer, Claude, OpenAI, ElevenLabs or Higgsfield. Each has its own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

For as long as we work together and up to 12 months after, unless you have an active Vault or the law requires keeping it longer (for example, billing data).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, portability or object to the use of your data by writing to shirazistudios@gmail.com. I reply within 15 days at most.

Security

I use accounts with strong passwords and two-step verification, plus cloud backups.

This website and cookies

When you fill in the free-day form, I store your details (name, business, industry, city, Messenger, email, Instagram and what you need) in a private database on Cloudflare, only to contact you about your 7 free days and my services. If we don't work together, I keep them for up to 12 months. You can ask me to delete them at any time by writing to shirazistudios@gmail.com. If you write on Messenger or by email, those services' policies apply. I only use necessary cookies (to remember your language, mode and welcome offer). Ad measurement cookies (Meta Pixel) are only turned on if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the footer. If you accept measurement cookies, when you fill in the form your email and phone are sent to Meta in encrypted (unreadable) form, only to measure my ads.

US and Canada residents

If you live in California or another state with a privacy law, or in Canada (PIPEDA and, in Quebec, Law 25), you have the right to know what data I hold, to ask me to delete or correct it, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. I don't sell or share your data for cross-context advertising. I only send you commercial messages if you gave me permission, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
